Ingredients2 Mangoes (mature mango but not ripe)
1 onion (chopped)
1 sprig curry leaves and 1″ rampe (pandan leaves)
1-2 green chillies
1 stick Cinnamon
1 tspn mustard
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
Cooking oil for tempering
1/2 tspnTurmeric powder
1 tspn red chillie powder
1 tspn curry powder
1 cup coconut milk
Salt to taste
1 tspn sugar
1 dessertspoon vinegar
1 dessert spoon Maldive fish(optional)

Mango Curry recipe


Peel and cut mangoes into slices. Heat oil in a pan till very hot and add the onions, mustard, curry leaves, rampe and fry for few minutes.
Then add turmeric powder, curry powder, chillie powder and let it fry for a while.
Now add maldive fish, salt, Mango and coconut milk . Bring to a boil and simmer till tender. When it’s done add a little sugar and remove from fire.
