Ingredients1 cup finely shredded cabbage
2 tbsp minced red cabbage
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar

Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shredded cabbage over medium heat
2. Sitr in the vinegar, sugar, salt and peper
3. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat. Serve hot.
