5 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp soy sauce
1 broccoli florets
1 banana Pepper or green bell pepper
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tsp crushed Chili flakes
Red bell Pepper
1 tbsp Chili powder
Salt to taste
Add the tofu chunks to boiling water with a pinch of salt and let stand for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and squeeze the tofu chunks thoroughly to remove all the absorbed water.
Cut the tofu chunks into small pieces. Heat a non-stick pan with about 2 tbsp oil and pan fry until all sides are golden brown. You can add more oil if needed.
Then add dried crushed red chillies, chilli powder, chopped garlic, ginger and onion and stir fry for a while. Now add the peppers, broccoli florets, salt, soy sauce and stir. Finally add ketchup (Tomato Sauce) as desired and remove from stove.
